I enjoyed my stay here. Benard was very friendly and responsive, making me feel at home. The house architecture is amazing - you can see the aesthetic touch of each corner and the lights in the evening.

Clean, close to the avenue and the owner Bernard and Rose were amazing! I could not fault their service one bit. I’m hoping that some availability comes out for next year so I can stay with them again. Thank you again Bernard and Rose for having me, they take pride in their property and loved how as soon as I arrived Bernard was excited to show me around their beautiful home. Anything I needed Rose was there to attend to my every need.

A beautiful heritage home lovingly restored by the present owners. So uniquely Trinidadian and so homely. Gorgeous gardens and so many beautiful flowers. I was lucky enough to spot a hummingbird in the garden one afternoon just by the pool.

Very friendly and safe, I used to stay in hotels but this was the best choice for me as someone who haven’t been in Trini before.

Great location and hospitality. The property was well kept with many species of plants, a pond and a temperate controlled pool that has a friendly stone dragon to greet you.

Such a lovely small, authentic place. Garden is lovely, the room is spacious, and the little kitchenette has everything you need. The owner is very helpful and hospitable. The location is within walking distance to downtown and to the Ariapita Avenue with lots of local food and drink option. We felt safe and happy while staying at the Trinidad Gingerbread House and would happily come back another time.

The property itself is beautiful! Staff and owners are all lovely and very helpful/responsive. The area by the pool was perfect for my family and me to hang out by and everything was clean and in great condition, including the rooms. They were comfortable, look nicer than some of the pictures and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into making them so nice with kitchinettes, microwaves, grills and coffee machines in each one (we rented 3). The bathrooms were also better quality than the Air BnBs we’d been to previously. Highly recommend!
