I had an excellent stay for work in Trinidad at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. In my assessment, the hotel provides the best hospitality, service and care amongst all the hotels in town. I would like to specifically mention the elaborate complimentary breakfast and sumptuous meals at the restaurant. Similarly, the reception, housekeeping and travel desk provide exceptional and personalised service. I would particularly mention the top class assistance provided by Ms. Narisha and Mr. Sean.

The staff were exceptionally good and helpful, in particular Nicholas (Front Desk). The room was spacious and had a great sea view. The meals were varied and good value. Good portion sizes.

Breakfast was excellent , there were so many options to choose from. The service given by the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.

Breakfast excellent; room fine for a chain hotel; nice pool;pleasant location on the waterfront; dinner pretty good in terms of options .Front desk staff very helpful; bonus - the hotel looked after some of our luggage whilst we went to Tobago for a week.
