No hot water. No iron to iron the clothes in the morning. When we requested in the morning, housekeeping staff were not available to help us.

The staff were kind and very courteous. Customer service was very high! More specifically, the gentlemen that facilitate the courtesy bus are very professional and polite. Location is great! Especially if you need to get to the airport. It’s less than a 5 minute spin. The courtesy bus is prompt and well maintained.

Very clean and the staff are brilliant. Great food and is situated on the coastal side, such a great view. Will definitely be lodging in this accommodation again on our return.
