The staff are very friendly, especially Nicole, when I arrive she remembers me, and is always very friendly. This hotel is in a great location, you don't need a car for anything, just walk. The hotel is renovated, and always very clean.

If I had been staying longer, I would have booked a balcony room with river view instead of just the river view, but we were only staying a couple of nights on our way through. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Everything was really good and enjoyable.

I stayed in the newly renovated rooms, and they exceeded my expectations. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced—like sleeping on a cloud—with perfect pillows for a restful night. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed. As a light sleeper, I truly appreciated the excellent noise insulation—I couldn’t hear my neighbours or any of the usual door slamming, which made for an incredibly peaceful stay. The housekeepers were absolutely lovely when we exchanged a few words, which left a great impression. I will definitely be coming back!
