Customer service was fantastic, my sister and I were delayed in getting there and the communication in making sure we’d be able to check in after hours was great. Very friendly staff. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, extra blankets available, kitchen had everything we needed, great location 5 min walk from Town Beach, and a pool (which we didn’t get the chance to use sadly, but great to have it there!)

The 3 bedroom apartment was amazing!!! So spacious...Perfect for friends and couples travelling. Plenty of room, large kitchen, very clean. The balcony setting was lovely to relax. I was surprised as the building is quite old, but the renovations made are fantastic. I wish our stay could have been longer. We will definitely be booking again.

Clean and central, good no-frills accommodation. The pool is excellent and a good size. Big TV with limited FOXTEL coverage.
