Location, very close to the centre of town in walking distance. Also had the best hand wash, shampoo and conditioner and moisturiser available to use. And the way they were at the ready to use.

We had a great stay . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The communication before hand was excellent. Very clean and comfortable beds and room . I really could not complain about anything. Well done guys .

First thing i was not told about the Wifi, therefor i did no use it. I was meant to be of the 5th floor and they put me on the second floor

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was phoned by a lovely lady prior to arrival to confirm my request of a wheelchair friendly room and I was informed I would be given a spare bed instead of a sofa bed which was lovely. Easy assessable parking right out the front. Very friendly gentleman checked me in and confirmed dinner reservations. The room was super clean, spacious and comfy. Great shower head and beautiful toiletries provided. The attached restaurant was amazing too.
