Duty manager was extremely professional and helped us out of a messy situation… excellent customer service! Also, We were upgraded from 3 to 4 bedroom executive suite … whole, modern beautiful house … highly recommend for family.

Everything in the one place at the same time handy to beach and other places. Delightful staff. Handy to a great beach, nice cafes and restaurants and walking distance to the Koala Hospital.

The apartment & grounds were fantastic. The pool was great. Easy parking. Great facilities all round.

My family and I didn't partake in breakfast as we generally only have coffee/tea in the morning. The location was great: beach was a short work away, and it was a short drive to the town centre.

Only a short walk to one of the best beaches in NSW, and the kids loved the heated pool for a night dip.

Beautiful, modern rooms with fantastic air-conditioning. Clean, well kept pool and gardens with attentive staff. The place exceeded expectations on all levels.

Loved the facilities, you guys catered for absolutely everyone. The onsite restaurant is a great touch as well. The pool & spa is amazing! The studio apartment has plenty of room. And the free activities and equipment is wonderful.
