Everything perfect. Personnel Is kind and professional but Farah Is special, find her in the SANDS Hall and you Will be treated as a king.. Food Is great at all times. Fun and entertaining, all Is great. And the location in Port ghalib Is something they only have. In the evening you can walk and shop at the Marina !! I can only suggest everyone tò come here.

Everything! Food was good, people very nice, everything clean! The reef is very beautiful! The resort has 2 jetties: even in case of strong Wind the jetty on the right was always open because more protected Thanks to the close port.

Every thing perfect . special thx to manager Mr.Ahmed and Miss. Sylivia who were very helpful and made our trip special. and thx to Mr. Mustafa from front disk for his help, and we will not forget to thank Chef Ahmed for his delicious feteer.Finally , every one of the whole crew was polite and dedicated to the work of pleasing guests.

Great location and overall very good facilities and friendly/helpful staff. Plenty of pools to choose from and the dive club and harbour are right there very close to the resort. Our kid absolutely loved the heated pools and waterslides.

the structure is very large and located in a privileged position directly on the sea and a few steps from Port Ghalib. It offers everything you could wish for during a holiday. There are many restaurants with a good selection of food suitable for international customers. The staff is all helpful and courteous considering the large number of guests present. We would like to thank in particular Mr. HAITHAM, customer service representative, who has always been very helpful in particular with my mother who is 88 years old and disabled, and also speaks several languages well including Italian and English, he stood out for his education and great availability. Thank you
