Excelent location. This resort has the best located beach in Port Ghalib. Straight from the beach you can go snorkelling, swimming etc. Beach is well protected from the strong winds. Food - really good in all aspects. It does not always look amazing but it is always fresh and very good tasting. For a canteen not bad at all. But dont expect expensive restaurant style. It's still an Egyptian style resort with a canteen for a lot of people. Staff - always nice and very friendly. We got nice room upgrade and early check in for no extra charge. They really work hard to make you feel like home and welcome. Almost nothing is a problem. Animations by the pool and beach with cheap dance music - annoying. But most people seem to like it.

Any problems, questions or queries and the staff at reception were always available and helpful As I went diving every day I cannot really comment on other facilities such as entertainment etc has did not experience it but from comments from other guests was really good Hotel has a basic equipped gym, which was also used and appreciated

The hotel offers the best value for money deal for Port Ghalib. The Junior suite we stayed in was big and very comfortable. The beach, 200 m away was surpringly good for a hotel in the center of Port Ghalib.

I stayed in a marina view room for 1 week and it was brilliant. The room was very spacious with a fridge, kitchen and beautiful view from the balcony. There is music playing until midnight from the marina but if that doesn’t bother you then the room is perfect. All of the staff were wonderful, especially in the lounge bar. The hotel beach is beautiful and I really enjoyed the marina.

good breakfast with tasty sweets, room clean and spacious, nice coral reef with a comfortable entrance from the beach, we could see colorful sting rays every day, you can swim also close to other hotel, very friendly and always helpful stuff, billiard and bowling

The hotel is very nice, with large, clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was spectacular. The reef directly at the beach offers a great spot for snorkeling, you can see all kinds of marine life in the first 3m from the beach. That was awesome. All in all, I can recommend this place.

Amazing! I had a great time. The room was amazing with a perfect view and it was clean. The food is perfect especially the oriental dinner. The service is beyond great. They treated me in a great way especially « Ahmed » in the reception.

The room was great!! There was a lot of space for 2 people! :)) very clean, authentic and good lighting. Perfect view from the balcony! Good clean level of surfaces, towels. Sooooo high level of service from reception, a lot of care and smiles ;)
