Very cozy! Very clean! Bed very comfy! Continental Breakfast! Tea, Coffee, chocolate, milk! Chocolate 🍫 Electric Frying Pan and use of BBQ! Smart TV! Gorgeous little garden! Apple 🍎 tree and pear 🍐 tree!

The grounds, the furnishings, the bathroom everything was spot on. Cupboards were filled with useful and thoughtful extras - kitchen provisions, board games, warm blankets, towelling robes, tourist info etc. Two very comfortable bedrooms. We were on a 7 night road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide this was hands down the best accomodation on the trip

The location made you feel like you were in your own little secret world and could fully switch off. Plus all the little extra that they included e.g bread, milk, snacks. Very unexpected but a lovely touch!

We were in the smaller cottage which had everything we wanted for two cook at home quiet evenings - it is small but fine for two -highly recommended

This is a wonderful little cottage - cozy and so pretty. A five minute drive from the centre of Port Fairy, it was easy to access the town and also the surrounding attractions. The hosts were friendly and helpful too! We visited the spa in Warrnambool during our stay which was a real treat, and the Budj Bim World Heritage area was amazing. Don't miss the food at the Tae Rak cafe! We also recommend a visit to Blarney Books, and to see what is being exhibited at Glyph Gallery in Port Fairy and at the Warrnambool Regional Art Gallery.

This was an exceptional property. The cottage was immaculate, well set up for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be returning.
