The location was very good, close to mall, restaurants and beach. The staff was very helpful and warm, especially the porter.

The staff, from the reception staff to the cleaning staff were super friendly, reliable and went out of their way to help. Everywhere I went within the hotel I was warmly greeted with a smile. They tried their best to fix whatever challenges we had with the facilities efficiently and with a positive attitude. The rooms were adequately clean. The atmosphere in the dining area was peaceful. Loved the classical rendition of familiar songs. The serving staff in the Crest restaurant were excellent, lovely and well trained.
