Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, and an awesome view of a secret nature reserve that makes you forget you're still in the middle of urban sprawl that extends to the horizon in all directions. Redhouse is a quaint little village forgotten by time, and I visit it every time I'm in Gqeberha.

We were upgraded to a spacious room with a beautiful view of the river. It was very quiet so we slept well. The staff are chatty and helpful. The outdoor area is lovely to relax in. There is no loadshedding here. It is a handy location for reaching Port Elizabeth and Addo national park.
