Bed and Breakfast Overview

Hacklewood Hill is a Victorian manor house in Port Elizabeth with individually decorated rooms and a large garden. The grounds include a tennis court and outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers.
The rooms feature private balconies overlooking the landscaped garden. They contain Victorian features and some are furnished with four-poster beds, open fireplaces or claw-foot baths. All room have a spacious private bathroom.

It is a beautiful old property that is well maintained and both gracious and comfortable. We loved the spacious bathroom, the thoughtful small touches (such as delicious biscotti and the fresh fruit) and the fabulous breakfast.

A fabulous property, it was like stepping back in time! Everything about the decor throughout the house was beautiful! The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us, I have nothing negative at all to say about Hacklewood Hill.
