During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

It was excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left. We had arranged airport to hotel transfer with the resort, which was good as our flight landed late at night. When we arrived at the hotel, check in was super smooth. Sadem at the reception handled our check-in while kindly directing us to have a late-night dinner. And our room was upgraded from garden view to sea view. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Special mention to Sadem and Mukkaram in reception, and fourth floor room service staff: Marwa and Radhia. Amazing staff. Cleanliness of the room and common areas of hotel both indoor and outdoor was brilliant. Food was varied and delicious. One night we had the Tunisian dinner a la carte which was lovely. Hotel location is also very convenient near port 5 minutes drive and Sousse Medina 20 minutes by taxi. Taxis are waiting outside of the hotel gate which is convenient if you like to go out. Hotel facilities are very nice and lobby is inviting and very good. Had a facial at the spa which was also good. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at the resort and will be definitely back there.

Hotel customer service, food and facilities are exceptional. Cleanliness is immaculate, our rooms were on the second floor and our housekeeper was an amazing lady called lateefa. Her attention to detail was outstanding, such a lovely warm soul always going the extra mile. Makrem the deputy manager went out of his way to make our experience at the hotel exceptional. He dealt with every query and concern to an exceptional level with personal touch not to mention with a smile. The kids loved the way the hotel staff went out of their way to make them feel extra special. Due to the experience we intend to return very soon.

The hotel was absolutely immaculate, with every area spotlessly clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional, with a special mention to Sohail, Heidi, Hatem, and Malek for going above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after. The staff’s dedication and hard work truly made us feel valued throughout our stay. The live entertainment was a standout feature—by far the best we’ve experienced! A big shoutout to Rozy, Mira, Maya, Loulou, and Speedy, whose vibrant energy and incredible performances kept the evenings lively and exciting. Their enthusiasm and talent created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere that we couldn’t wait for each evening’s activities. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, delicious food, and a variety of activities for all ages, making it a fantastic choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in providing top-notch hospitality. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

very clean and staff there to help whenever required. daily cleaning. good environment. will definitely be coming back staff was amazing gave us upgrades and we even decided to extend our stay from 4 days to 7 days.

The room was amazing with a sea view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was top quality. Everything was clean. The facilities were top range. The beach was clean and guarded. It was very safe in the resort and every else.
