The kitchen cupboards and kitchen blinds were not so clean when we arrived, however, when we spoke to the cleaning lady the next morning and asked the owner for room cleaning, a fantastic job was done to do a thorough clean. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Even when we requested for a room swap, prompt action was taken to address our concerns.

Aphiwe and Dave from the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and the security team made us feel safe throughout our stay. The family rooms were very welcoming, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

We were a group of 8 and booked 2 units. The 6 sleeper deluxe and 4 sleeper deluxe, and both of them had an ocean view. We spent most of the time at the six sleeper as it had all the amenities that we needed and more, including the braai area. The resort is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and strict. They ensure that we have fun without affecting other visitors. Loud noise is not acceptable at all. Let me not forget to mention that there is a private beach just a few yards away from the resort, and it is very clean and safe. There are activities within the resort and many a lot within 15 km radius. We enjoyed our stay, and i highly recommend Seagen Dunes. It ticks two boxes to have fun without breaking the bank balance.
