Please note that Port Douglas Motel does not accept payments by American Express credit card.Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. As our cancellation policy is 5 days, full payment will be taken within 5 days of arrival.Reservations that provide invalid or declined credit card details will have their bookings cancelled.Please note that rooms do not receive daily services, however additional towels and amenities will be provided on request.For stays of 7 nights or more rooms are fully serviced and cleaned with new linen provided halfway through the stay.Please note that for guests that arrive after our reception closes we will leave a note on the reception doors explaining how to access your room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Really an example of clean - congratulations to manager and staff - appreciated - unexpected bonus of kitchenette and availability of bbq facilities - loved the shortcut backgate to main street - all good.

Excellent value hotel in the centre of PD, 5 mins from the beach and 2 mins from the shops and restaurants. My room was very large with 3 beds, a table and a sofa, a kitchette and nice bathroom. All was very cheerily decorated. Bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning and also ceiling fan so no worries about suffering the heat. Parking inside the motel. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Right in the middle of town. Didn’t look amazing but was much better than expected. We had a studio with basic kitchen, mini living and super comfy bed. The pool area was small but nicely refreshing since you can’t swim in the beach. Reception was super friendly.
