We loved our stay however regular maintenance checks for things such as lights, remotes and tvs working should definitely be added to the checklist to ensure smooth experience for those arriving with children. Make sure you hire a car, its a bit of a drive into port Douglas in the way of convenience for dining and shopping and does not have the option to dine on site as there is no resort restaurant.

Only thing I’d say I disliked which isn’t that big of a deal would of been the showerhead was very basic like something you’d expect at a caravan park. Other than that very nice resort

Location is great peaceful and quiet but not too far from town by car. A supermarket is very close, also by car. Taxis seem to be readily available The staff at reception is fantastic, they go out of their way to help you and advise about tours and the like. We were slightly disappointed with the size of the apartment on the second level, the stairs are long and you have to walk along way around to the pool. The views are nice though. When I mentioned all this at reception they were very understanding and offered us a larger, much nicer apartment and the ground floor with direct pool access and only charged a minimal amount. If not booking direct I would suggest to call them to check which appartement you’ve got as they are all privately owned and therefore all different Highly recommend number 55 !

Our apartment was beautiful, very clean and had everything included that our family needed. Our kids loved the private plunge pool! It is a little out of the town centre but there were plenty of shuttle buses. The ladies at reception were very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help.

Absolutely everything. I will say though the highlight was that we paid just that little bit extra to have direct access too the pool and it was so worth it. The property accommodated to all our needs, assisted me in finding places to organise things for my partners 30th. recommendations on places to go.

Beds need replacement & extra towels would be great for stays over 3 nights & more Couch needs to be dry cleaned Otherwise everything else was very nice

The main pool was nice, a shame we couldn't use our private pool. There wasn't any other amenities to comment on.
