The location was superb. You have direct access to the beach from the balcony (although I would suggest to rectify the rusty stairs for safety concern). You can start go to the beach earlier before others, and you can leave the beach late since it's just in front of the unit. The location also superb in regards to the nearby restaurants. The location also superb in regards to the nearby tourist spots (e.g. Museum Tentera Darat) Another thing that I like is the response from the owner; very very helpful for easy access into unit. She will following up with you accordingly to ensure smooth entry process. And of course - the sunset view. It's lovely. I enjoyed my stay very much.
