The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Reservations made by a third party are not allowed.We would like to inform you that our aVi Lounge will be undergoing maintenance as part of our aVi Care project on 3rd & 4th September.Please note that while the aVi Lounge is unavailable, our Premium Water Chalet guests can still enjoy our signature Sunset Cocktails, which will be served at Galley Bar from 6pm to 8pm.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Location was perfect. Great staff. Food was delicious especially room service, for Penang CharKuey Tiow and Chic Tenders. Room was awesome with bathtub, lampshade wasnt working but staff changed that, big sized king bed. Amazing stay. Thank you, will be coming back :)

I still love that avillion maintained their sauna/steam facility. Their staff was great. From their duty manager when checking in, to the manager and staff that was in charge of the breakfast do.

The beach view and garden view was gorgeous and worth it. Especially during sunrise and sunset. Staff’s are friendly and understanding. But was grateful to the staff who was able to accommodate us to another room when we had issue with our original room.

Beach on both side are very clean. there's water tap and shower at the beach before entering the premis, which would keep the hotel premis alot cleaner, and comfort for the guest.
