Very helpful site manager - Michelle, great knowledge of area and plenty of tips were provided. The unit is self contained with manual workers staying in some of the units. Plenty of space to park and comfortable and clean living area and bedrooms. Close to centre of town.

Private and peaceful complex centrally located in an ideal spot for children to safely run off and enjoy exceptional skate park, pump track and recreation centre, whilst also sitting directly across the road from both the stunning surf beach and Grannies pool. Only a short walk to Marina precinct and Southerley’s Tavern. Beachfront location also provides beautiful views from the balcony where you can sit and enjoy idyllic sunsets, or just enjoy a coffee, wine or beer whilst watching the kids play on the extravagant recreational area. I think the standout feature for me personally was the privacy, you could easily be mistaken thinking you have the villas and associated facilities all to yourself, it is outstanding, and given quiet and privacy was a necessity during our stay, I don’t think any other accommodation in town could have afforded us that luxury - despite being mostly booked out throughout our stay! Very well set up, clean and comfortable. The staff/management were remarkable and highly respectful of privacy throughout stay, always ensuring we had everything we required without any form of intrusion or inconvenience. We dealt with Michelle from start to finish of stay - Michelle was very considerate of our circumstances, she accommodated a very last minute, late in the evening booking and processed the booking and check-in within minutes and hassle-free even though it was out of standard property reception hours. Michelle also ensured we were well cared for during our stay without the need for one on one contact, discreetly leaving necessary supplies at the door, and consistently providing clean towels and any other requirements. In addition, accommodating last minute extensions and requests without hesitation. Very impressed and remarkable difference to prior stay well over a year ago!
