The breakfast was amazing, from the layout to the quality and variety of the food. The staff in all aspects of the hotel were so professional, lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We also had dinner a couple of times, and again was delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and to reiterate, the staff were amazing.

Breakfast was incredible, so much choice and really good quality. We also had lunch here on two occasions and it was fabulous. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgable and polite.

The location of the hotel is very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. We found the staff friendly, in particular Gregory on reception, always helpful and in good humour.

Soller is a beautiful location with excellent beach and restaurants, easy on the eye and it feels quite exclusive. I guess that's one reason why Fergus is not cheap. The hotel is located right on the sea front, but there are two blocks, one behind the other, so make sure you know which one you are in. The best rooms are obviously at the front with large balconies and sea views. Our room was small, with a narrow balcony, but it was clean and modern, with an excellent bathroom. Great buffet breakfast with generous selection of all sorts of options. Can sit at the front in the open air, which is a lovely start to the day. Staff were so friendly and helpful, all multi lingual. Lovely downstairs bar area for coffee or cocktails.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the local tram and taxi rank and lots of nice restaurants, and, of course, magnificent views of the Port of Soller. The welcome we received, as first-time guests, when we arrived truly made us feel extremely welcome, as though we were coming home to friends, and the courtesies extended to us by the manager and others working the reception desk were truly outstanding. They were among the most personable and effective hotel staff we have ever had the pleasure to come across! We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

Great location right opposite the beach. Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable if a little basic in design. A good breakfast buffet on offer.

Being offered a complementary drink on arrival, the breakfast was excellent especially the omelette station ,and a room with fantastic views ,and all the staff were so helpful
