“Lovely well equipped villa in a great location”

A lovely villa on the outskirts of Puerto Pollença - easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and super market although far enough away to be very quiet. Nice and private with an excellent pool and great accommodation. Living room is nice and big (if you ever use it) we spent most of our time either on the terrace or in the pool. The Bbq is a brilliant addition. The terrace does get the late afternoon sun, but is a lovely place or have meals. All bedrooms have air conditioning that runs overnight and for a couple of hours at lunchtime if you get too hot. There is satellite tv but we didn’t even turn it on. Dishwasher and washing machine were great touches and the 2 bathrooms in the house and the 3rd shower by the pool all got used. The gardens are well maintained and some of the fruit trees had fruit on them which was a nice addition to breakfast. The villa manager (Kati) is lovely and is happy to help with anything via WhatsApp. Although there was only 4 us this villa can easily and comfortably accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped.
