The fine print
Pool/Beach towels are available for rent at EUR 10 per towel per stay.Bed linen per apartment is changed every 7 days. For stays of 10 days to 14 days the bed linen per apartment is changed mid through stay. Extra bed linen have a EUR 10 surcharge.Towels are changed once mid through week and a light cleaning is included for stays of 7 days and twice for stays of 10 to 14 days. Additional towel change can be done for €12 per person.Additional cleaning can be requested for an EUR 40 surcharge per service.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Astrid was a friendly & very helpful host. Our ground floor apartment was ideal for our needs. The pool was a great hit with the grandkids. Quiet area with mountain backdrop.

We really liked the convenience of the property for family with kids. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and she was easy to communicate with. Overall highly recommend for families who would like to be close to the beach.

This was our second time staying in Villa Alexia as we loved it so much the first time! It is in a excellent location, about a 10 minute walk into the town / beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for a family of 4 as it was well equipped, immaculately clean and spacious (including a very spacious balcony which was ideal for eating outside). The bathroom was newly renovated and the air conditioning was also excellent. The pool is fabulous with lots of sun loungers for all guests. Astrid is an incredible host who is extremely helpful and welcoming, she goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. I would highly recommend staying here for a holiday in Port de Pollença, and we hope to be back again in the future!

Great welcome, ground floor apartment with balcony and pool view, super convenient with our 3 children ! The apartment is well designed and equiped, quite comfortable, and very quiet ! The pool area is really nice. And the location is great, 2 min from a supermarket, 10min walk to the beach and the city center, which we really enjoyed ! There is also a bus stop down the road to go to Cape Formentor. Great stay overall !

Amazing location in the beautiful Port de Pollença, 2 min walk from a large supermarket and 5 mins walk from lovely restaurants, bars, beach and Port.
