We could not praise the Hotel Pollentia more highly, the hotel itself was just perfect, the food was delicious and plentiful and the staff were exemplary. The situation was just beautiful with our balcony looking onto the beach and the beautiful bay and hills in the background. EVERY SINGLE Member of staff was just amazing, helpful, happy and knowledgeable it was like being in a 5 star hotel with staff who had all been trained by experts to offer every possible facility and care - we shall most certainly return very soon and if fact would have done so for the New Year had it been open!

Lovely place but only thing that let it down was no one there cooking I had to ask to bring someone out as no one there even last day still no one there at 8am so couldn’t have ommete or fresh eggs

Booked the hotel for a surprise for my partners 30th birthday. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Upgraded us to a suite and provided Prosecco in the room on our arrival at no extra cost. Rooms clean and very spacious. Great drinks selection & very good breakfast included. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous decor, boho chic with a variety of lovely seating areas to the front in a courtyard, around garden and in veranda.lively comfortable rooms, excellent service and nice stroll along seafront into the port area.

Breakfast was really nice. Location is super. just a walk across the road to the beach. Easy access to the city. Rooms great to relax after taking in the sun. Plenty if choices for meals or snacks in the restraunt.
