Very friendly, good humored and helpful staff. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Great entertainment team. Lovely swimming pool. Very handy bracelet for room key and payments in bar.

Great view from our room towards the lake and surrounding mountains. There is a dedicated bike garage for secure storage (lock issued by reception), fresh drinking water, a few snacks (absolute bare minimum but something nonetheless), and some basic tools and a pump. This makes it great for those taking a bike holiday with some great rides in the surrounding area, the pinnacle of which is Formentor. Half-board dinner includes some basic drink choices which was great, not all hotels do this.

Great location, lovely and clean, great views, if in the right room, staff were superbly helpful, especially Carmen and Anna on reception. Good parking for the hire car.

Lovely location. Great staff and facilities. Really good if you’re a cyclist. Spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent. Already booked again for October!

Modern apartment with nice location. Even though we didn't have dinner included in our reservation, you can pay extra (18€ per person for adults) and go to the buffet. Lots of different foods, there is also an option for gluten free meals.
