Great location, nice sea view, clean room. We had a side sea view room which I did not like in the beginning (even tried to change the room for direct sea view) but it turned out the best option for enjoying sunrise and sunset, to have a breakfast or afternoon snack on the balcony without being bothered by neighbors :-). The room is rather small, there were two of us, and I would say it was okay, with more people it would be definitely not enough space, rather tight. The room was a bit shabby but very clean, the sheets were very good, and the beds are big and comfortable. There are some supermarkets right near the apartments (I would prefer spar which is closer to the port). So I bought fresh croissant and other pastry every morning and we had a nice breakfast on the balcony. We actively used the public transport to get to Alcudia Old town, Pollenca and to come from and to airport (Bus A32) - the nice one our trip throughout the island, when you can enjoy the views. Overall it was a nice stay during offseason, we really enjoyed our stay in Mallorca.

Check-in took a while as it was via a machine that wasn't recognising our details. Frustration over, we got to our apartment with a nice view of the ocean. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and easy to put back during the day. Frequent housekeeping was really good to keep on top of mess and sand. The only thing that let the stay down was that the shower seals were very mouldy/dirty and needed a deep clean or replacing. Other than that, the apartment was very clean. The location was excellent, right on the beach, with pool access via the beach too. There was a very nice Italian restaurant next door who made our children feel very special and welcomed. The beach was perfect - soft sand for building sand castles and lots of sunbeds. Shallow calm waters were ideal for young children. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop and taxi rank were very nearby, which was useful for getting around!

The view is perfect and the apartment is comfortable and very clean. The common areas, like the pool, are very well-maintained and excellently designed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and it was quiet and peaceful throughout our stay. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach nearby and everything within close proximity. We will definitely be returning!

Fabulous location, close to port, beach, taxi rank, bus stops with plenty of restaurants and shops within in only a minutes walk. Views from the balcony are incredible and the pool area is lovely and quiet with an access gate to the beach which is only steps away. Comfy beds and everything was clean and well kept. The sofa bed although it takes up a big space is easy to pull out and put away again in seconds. Joan was great at replying to queries before and during our stay.

Location was excellent. Apartment very clean and was cleaned every 2nd day. Pool area was nice and quiet. No problem getting sunbeds. Right beside the beach, so you had a choice. Kitchen had everything you needed. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants all in close proximity. Restaurant under the apartment was excellent. Although you are right in the middle of the town, the apartments were very quiet. Overall a very good, relaxing holiday.

In general it was OK. It was very close to the beach, there were many shops around, so we could do some basic shopping. Place was clean. Swimmimg pool was not big, but ok. There was no problem parking a car near (within 300m) the place.

The view from the balcony was just amazing!!! Proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops was just perfect .
