All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was really good in the small town and everything was walkable around. About 20 mins from the 12 apostles by car. The bed was comfortable and there was a super little balcony which I used before the rains started. There is a restaurant in the main building too.

Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with a view of the cliffs. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom shower was great and the towels were soft and huge 😄 the staff were very friendly and the restaurant was lovely.

Location very good and friendly staff. We had an awesome dinner, lambshanks with veggies and garlic mash potatoes. The ginger cake with butterscotch sauce with cream was out of this world

Great location in main street of Port Campbell with short walk to shops and port itself. A lot of capital and road works going on in Port Campbell when we stayed there which will be great when complete. The staff did communicate with us very well regarding alternatives to their normal parking and access. The room itself was modern and very clean, with a comfortable bed, small table and chairs. Basic facilities for making tea, coffee, etc. Breakfast and other meals available at restaurant which is part of Waves, but do check opening hours if you are looking for somewhere to eat when you first arrive. No guest laundry but they can do washing and drying for you (or they could when we stayed there)
