Just a short walk into town and the owner was friendly and accommodating. With reading some of the negative reviews I was a little wary, but the room was clean, neat, and the host was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in all aspects. Hosts Sue and Des were personable, extremely hospitable, and friendly...added a wonderful human touch to our journey. Our adult kids love their dog and cat!. All amenities were provided for including thoughtful local and good quality toiletries. Love the spacious parking, the private courtyard, and even the special fence! Location excellent for getting to landmarks of the great ocean road.

Lovely gem on the quiet end of the main strip. Could walk to everything from there. Surprisingly well set up room with small seating area outside. Helpful staff.

Our very spacious room was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything you may wish to have. The bed was really comfortable and all care products of a high quality. You could get good fresh coffee from a coffee machine in the reception area whenever you wanted. The owner were very helpful and friendly. In addition, the accommodation is in a very convenient location (not only in the village but also directly on the Great Ocean Road and close to the London Bridge, The Twelve Apostles and many more).

Great location with very friendly staff. The room was well equipped and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Nothing was too much trouble.
