Bathroom was clean, and accoutrements clean/fresh. Fridge and freeze unit worked well. Owner obliging. Adjacent (co owned) restaurant was very busy, and food order was fine. Bed mattress and linen were clean. (but Bed blanket and bed coverlet smelled (smoke and body odour)--both needed washing.

Good for one night but I wouldn't stay longer. Fair price, the room itself was a bit dark and with a view to a storage room.
