The fine print
Guests are required to inform the number of adults and children (and their ages) during the reservation process. This information can be added in the Special Requests box.Wifi available free of charge in common areas. In accommodation, we only guarantee it by renting a hotspot for €10.00/day and depositing €50.00 for the equipment.Please note that the restaurant and swimming pool are closed from 1st November until 31st March.- Please note that beverages are not included in half-board and full-board.
- If you need an invoice with VAT, you must place the order informing the invoicing data (name, address
and NIF).
- From 01/04 to 31/10, cleaning will be done 3 times a week from Monday to Friday (except Holidays).
Towels are changed once a week with a minimum of 4 days of stay and bed linen will be changed.
From 01/11 to 31/03 cleaning will be carried out twice a week.
- Pets, whenever housed in their own cage will not have any additional cost. Dog, cat or any other free in the accommodation will always be charged an amount according to size and season, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. You should always request availability.A tourist tax applies per day, per person of age 13 years old and above. Exemption may apply with proof.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The Appt we were in was on a small Urbanisation with a mixture of privately owned and Turquintas owned. Parking more or less outside of your Appt ( ours was upstairs - 10 steps). Gardens in immediate area ( we had a small dog so he made use of the grassed area). Great greeting from hosts at Reception, map of local area provided and reassurance if any questions etc. We were informed at this point that our small dog was not allowed anywhere in pool, communal garden, bar, reception or restaurant area - just the Appt and immediate garden area. Therefore we were not able to sample the restaurant and had to rely on leaving him in the room for 2 hours ( not a problem with our dog but maybe for others - Per Policies should be published I full). We had a large North facing appt with airier to dry washing/ swim wear. Appt (no. 74B) was old-fashioned and needs updating to make it a fabulous Appt. Good A/C, full kitchen with hob ( no oven), basic toaster, kettle and other basic requirements ( no cleaning products), lge Fridge/freezer, coffee maker old- style filter type. Large comfy pillows on king sized bed. Great location to drive to Armaseo de Petra - 6 mins drive or 30 mins walk, free parking if early, at least 3 beautiful (packed) beaches, nice bars/ restaurants, long promenade. Pet Policy - most we have paid on our 4000km road trip at €20 per night and tight restrictions which resulted in us not using the bar or restaurant. Therefore, probably would not revisit this property due to poor quality Appt unless updates were done ( our issues reported direct to the hosts) however location and pool area fantastic.
