Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

So cute! What a great little property. Ernesto the cat greeted us living that la dolce vita life. Cute little apartment with beautiful courtyard and garden. Easy parking. Beautiful pool. Great property a stone's throw from Orvieto, stunning and would stay again

Beautiful romantic garden and great swimming pool with a very good water quality! Butterflies in Lavender and fireflies in the night :-)
