Beautiful property. Perfectly placed for Poole Quayside. High quality rooms. I have stayed here twice now and will book nowhere else when in Dorset! Matt is a brilliant host, too. Can’t recommend enough!

We loved the room and the location, it was so beneficial to have access to the room early and the free upgrade was so kind! Met one of the hosts very kind and welcoming !

Breakfast was not included in the price. So, we went next door to the Fishermans Cafe which was superb, service was excellent, breakfast was beautifully cooked and fresh. Lovely hosts.

Central location, near to ferry, 24 hr car park very close. Very comfortable bed, great shower and helpful, friendly staff, even though not on site. Request for room change dealt with quickly and willingly.

Had an issue accessing property initially- was able to speak to the proprietor, who resolved the issue promptly and empathetically.

Immaculate throughout. Quality bed and bathroom linens , huge fluffy bath sheets, (very) comfortable pillows. Tea tray comprehensive.

We stayed in room 6 which was large with a massive bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The room is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Access is easy and despite booking.com not sending me the codes it was sort instantly with one call. The location is great right by the harbour area with lots of restaurants and pubs on the doorstep.

Everything has recently been stylishly renovated. We stayed in room 6 which is a little bigger and has a very nice bathroom. Location is perfect for the Quay area and yet it was nice and quiet.
