What a fantastic hotel! Brilliant location, excellent value for money, great spacious rooms with lovely views and a great restaurant and bar. The best thing about this hotel however are the staff, who were all so warm, professional and helpful - particular special mention to the wonderful Claire on reception who gave us the nicest welcome after a very long and stressful day. She also organised takeaway breakfasts for us - with a lovely personalised note :) - as we had such an early start and she also made sure the kitchen turned on the coffee machines especially for us before breakfast service. Claire is an absolute credit to the hotel and we will 100% be staying here again largely due to the exceptional service we received. Grisela (sorry if I spelt that wrong) in the kitchen this morning was also so kind and helpful at a very ungodly hour!

We went because we have always supported RNLI. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and professional. Key card worked well. Restaurant was stylish, food good, breakfast very good. Harbour views lovely. Onside parking available. Very good value for money.
