Rooms seem to have been recently updated and very clean, bed was comfy, and the owners were accommodating allowing me use the car park from lunchtime, check in was very easy, and all the info was communicated on SMS and email, shared bathrooms were very clean and modern. there is also a shared lounge and kitchen with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Wont be for everyone as most rooms don't have en-suite or private bathroom, but if your not bothered about that then this is a great place to stay just a short walk from the town at a excellent price.

A brilliant experience. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, quality, one of the best places, of many, that we have stayed in. Couldnt fault anything or even add a suggestion on how to improve. Absolutely first class. Only sorry that we stayed just the one night.

Friendly welcome, lovely, clean & fresh decor and very comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, biscuits was very generous.

Attentive hosts. Location is really lovely and the room was spacious, clean and had a welcoming feel. A home away from home vibe. Range of teas, hot chocolate and hot drinks are amazing. Lovely tea room to relax in and shared bathroom stocked and clean. Best b and b in Poole I've came across. Stayed here a few times. Not my last time.

Grate location close to everything Poole park is a lovely place just five minutes away baiters park about ten minutes away where you can see sandbanks the town centers again five minutes away from house and a leisure centre/swimming pool is wright opposite i stayed a extra two nights hosts were very helpful and friendly wot more could you won't i intend to go back one day.

Responsive hosts. Beautiful and comfortable room. Strange not to meet hosts- more like an Airbnb than a guest house- but that suited us. Room had all we needed. No breakfast, but that suited us too. Right on the edge of Poole Park so lovely location.

Good parking facilities, decent location. Sometimes other people living there are noisy and can leave a mess. Shared bathroom/toilet was inconvenient too and there was no where to cook properly apart from a kitchenette that they advertise on their page.

Stayed Mar 20th - Mar 22nd. Ideal location personally for me (near Poole Quay). Room very warm and comfy. Good coffee machine in the shared lounge on the ground floor. Was my second stay. Will definitely book again.
