It is a clean, comfy and well equipped flat. There is lift access, useful when carrying bags! It is near to the harbour and all the nice places there and also within 10-minutes walk of the centre of Poole.

Location to the quay was excellent, very easy 5-6 minute walk into the town. We were advised that building work was taking place opposite, however, as we intended on getting out and exploring, the work did not impact on our stay. Guy was very responsive to any questions that we had and we would certainly stay again.

Lovely clean spacious apartment in a good location close to all local amenities. Harbour views despite the on going building work opposite but that didn't cause us any issues at all. Easy parking and didn't need to use the car all week as walked everywhere. Everything provided in the apartment and was sad to leave at the end of the week.

When I saw the pictures I was so excited because of the view but when I arrived I was shocked. The view is different then on the pictures. It is a pretty flat, clean but nothing to consider the conditions in there a penthouse. Need a new and fresh colour on the walls and some more expensive furniture around to consider that a penthouse and because of the issues with the view or to change the pictures on the presentation and update.

Our host was very communicative answering any questions very promptly. The apartment is very clean, bright and airy. It does get quite warm as living area windows are south and west facing but there are fans available to circulate the air. Mother-in-law is looking forward to stay again!
