Starting 13th January 2025 our hotels will be cashless, please use cards or digital payments for transactions.
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation.
When travelling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance. Kindly note our Suites and Signature Suite can't accommodate dogs.
The Breakfast included rate includes a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rate includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu-these inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast are not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as following directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available. Children’s Breakfast are not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as following directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
There are limited car parking spaces on site, this runs on a first-come-first-served basis and the charge is £10.00 overnight. If there are no spaces when you arrive you can use the Britannia Quayside Pay & Display car park situated behind the hotel.

Beautiful old building converted into an amazing hotel. It’s maintained a lot of the original features. The suites are spacious and well equipped.

Lovely room with great space. We travelled with a baby and a large cot (with a mattress!) was provided as well as a nappy bin in the bathroom
