Set in the heart of Pontresina, just beside the Alp Languard Ski Lift, Hotel Schweizerhof Pontresina offers fine local cuisine, free WiFi and panoramic views of the Bernina Massif, the Roseg Valley and the Engadin Valley.
The rooms and suites at the property offer views of the surrounding mountains and are fitted in a modern or traditional style, with Swiss pine wood furnishings. They all come with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and private bathroom facilities. Some are equipped with a spa bathtub, a seating area and a balcony, as well.
A rich breakfast buffet is available every morning and dinner can be enjoyed at the restaurant, featuring a spacious sun terrace and serving a combination of local, Italian and international cuisines.The hotel also has a fine dining restaurant serving Thai cuisine.
À la carte meals can be enjoyed at the property.

Renovated in 2013/14, these bright and modern Alpine-style rooms feature stylish high-quality furniture, a seating area, a bathroom with a rain shower, a minibar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some of them comprise a balcony with panoramic mountain views. Mineral water will be provided upon arrival. Slippers and bathrobes are available for an extra charge. Please note that the room rate is based on 2 guests. Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (see Extra Bed Rates). Guests travelling with pets can book this room.

The staff was super friendly and very responsive to requests! The second morning, upon request the previous day, they served me vegan breakfast (almond milk, almond yogurt, vegan butter and Müsli)

Lovely location,ice-capped mountains all around.Close to train station and bus stop.A bank for currency exchange and restaurant.Special mention Restaurant Bundi.Free pick up from station.Warm and welcoming reception,and very helpful staff. Hotel very spacious overall,lots of open spaces. Room well-appointed,large with all ameneties,even a balcony. Pontresina is a much better place to stay than St Moritz.Would recommend this wonderful hotel to everyone.

An excellent hotel in a lovely position in Pontresina. Food ( half board ) was very good and the staff very friendly and efficient. Room clean and spacious and no problems staying with my dog. He was made very welcome.Passes given for travel on buses and lifts to explore the area. Highly recommended. Hoping to return next year.
