The location is great, we stayed here ahead of visiting Mont St Michel, there was secure parking, the hotel was a bit dimly lit, the bathroom had a tiny bath with a shower head but no holder and the bathroom plug didn’t work so it was hard to bath. The breakfast wasn’t up to much, expensive for the what you get, I really wouldn’t bother. I asked for cereal without nuts as I have an allergy but the hostess didn’t assist. It was okay but I wouldn’t return.

Service and staff are great, food is good for western visitors; the beds are very comfortable. For those seeking a decent pillow in France they have them too.

The rooms have no air conditioning, for hot evenings you have to sleep with the wide window open which is not great due to the road noise and early deliveries. There no other ventilation, not even a fan, if you have no AC at least provide a Fan.

Hôtel Ariane & SPA is a clean and comfortable hotel nicely located with respect to the main street of Pontorson. Many restaurants, cafes and shops are within short walking distances. The staff were friendly and helpful, and street parking was rather easy and convenient to the hotel.

It was perfect! We made a spontaneous reservation and they were ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. We got a room at there collaboration hotel "Victor Hugo". Staff were at both places. Breakfast was good. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. It also has a little bar and lounge area. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
