Thanks to the receptionist, our problem with our room was solved efficiently and successfully. In fact, without her I don't know what we would have done. We were given a new room immediately and we didn't have to move out of the old room until the next morning which was excellent. The gym is good. Our room was clean, the bathroom left room for improvement.

No breakfast was offered. Check in clerk gave me the wrong info of my room rate and told me I had to call booking com-so I wasted several hours
