Very comfortable hotel, the room is big, breakfast is good. Good location for traveling outside perugia. Easy to park.

Clean comfy room with good a/c controlled by the front desk not the old panel in the room. Seats table and fridge for snacks, handy at 39 deg outside. Good parking. Taxis €20 to perugia, but easy parking there if you drive in. Staff were all really kind and helpful and not speaking Italian was fine. For a small hotel, reasonably priced with parking and breakfast, we thought this was great. Allowed an early checkin as the room was ready which was great when it was 35+ degrees!

Location was convenient, close to the historical center by car. Parking free. Size of the chosen room very good with a balcony.

Very quiet neighborhood.. very helpful staff (thank you Francesco) .. medium quality breakfast.. nice location.. good enough for it's price (20-25% lower would be more vfm) !!
