Clean, friendly, excellent food, excellent location, great atmosphere attention to detail, beautiful gardens, quirky water features, wonderful balcony, fabulous in every way, cannot fault it.

I place a lot of points on the cleanliness of the hotel. Was spotless clean. Breakfast was rich and had everything you need for an active day. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to hiking trails, swimming and not far from Locarno. Just loved it there. Thank you

Perfect location, and such nice people running the hotel! Nothing was too much trouble and were always smiling. It was my birthday and I received a lovely gift. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast delicious! 5 stars all round
