Good location - near the town center but in an elegant old building on a quiet street. The room was large and stylishly decorated. Great breakfast - we enjoyed chatting to Arlette as we ate. There is storage space on the ground floor for bicycles.

The room was decorated in a stylish historic fashion. The location in Pontarlier is useful. It is close to numerous shops, bookshops, cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at Restaurant La Pinte Comtoise just around the corner. It serves delicious food that is typical of the Jura region. We also visited the Château de Joux that is short drive away. There are absinthe distilleries nearby and there is a “route de l’absinthe” that can be followed. The breakfast with a poached peach, homemade jams, bread and comté cheese is one of the best that we have had at a bed and breakfast. C’était un grand plaisir de faire la connaissance d’Arlette. Nous la remercions pour sa hospitalité et nous avons très bien mangé!

The host is fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and the linens wwre amazing! Breakfast was terrific and I loved the bath. The location is right in town but without the noise. A terrific stay.

Good location quirky but nice. Breakfast was also very different but again nice, coffee in a soup type bowl! Unusual. The owner was very pleasant. 😊

The host was extremely welcoming and charming, the house in a treasure trove of beautiful and carefully selected things. She recommended the cutes little restaurant at the riverside and at breakfast, we weher surprised with a poached apricot, infused with ginger, lemon and mint.

The host Arlette aus exceptional nice and helpful. She helped in getting around, find me book a beautiful restaurant. She is sooo nice and friendly.
