Very trendy and modern accommodation offering great value for money. Easy to find and straightforward to access. It is located close to most of the main sights, good restaurants and shops. There is also a vast free parking place located ~400m away. The foyer and the common spaces are beautifully decorated in a contemporary style. There is no elevator so be prepared to climb couple of flights of stairs to reach your room. The rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious, probably even too spacious for its own good. Some reviewers pointed out the place being minimalist, however, we can't decide whether its minimalist or cheap. The room could use a sofa or at least a bigger dining table with some comfy chairs. Besides the bed there is no place to sit comfortably after a long day of sightseeing or hiking. The TV is also too small for being so away from the bed. On the other hand, the bed is comfy and the ample bathroom features a very good shower. We also appreciated the welcome basket and the availability of a coffee machine, including courtesy capsules. There is no washing machine but couple of laundries can be found nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Urban Azores but there are a few details that would make our stay more comfortable.

Room is very spacious and bright, bed is very comfortable as well. The room was tidied up everyday, which felt very nice 😊 as well there was a basket with some treats and snacks which is a great surprise and a nice touch. The whole place is very cosy and location is great as well. Wifi was fast. So everything really great.

The place is well maintened and is in a quiet area, but at the same time closed to the city centre. The staff is really accomodating. And the indoor is nicely decorated.

The appartment has a very good location, the city center is 5 minutes walk. We really appreciated the welcoming. Everything was just like the pictures, very clean and bright The self check-in process was very easy. The free parking is 3 minutes from the location.

Our apartment was fantastic with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of space and the outdoor area was definitely a plus. We didn't expect the room to be cleaned & beds to be made every day but that made our holiday even more enjoyable.

The room is very clean, stylish and big enough for 2 parson. They cleaned everyday. It was nice that it was a quiet place. There is no elevator, but I think it can't be helped.
