This property has the best ocean views, dining, entertainment and city accessibility (walking, transit, and taxi) options. The staff is wonderful, Beatriz has always been amazing during our stays in the past, and the same was true this time as well. She is a staple for this property. Thank you for the care and concern you took for my family during our stay. We will always return to Solmar Alojamentos because of our experiences with her and your team. Also, the renos to the duplexs are really well done. Love the extra washrooms added. The location and views are second to none at Solmar Alojamentos.

A very organised management company so no problems getting keys or checking out, they were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was really spacious with two balconies so the views were just great - you really felt the vibe of Ponta Dalgado and a great location for getting out and about. Although we were out a lot it felt really relaxing to get back to the apartment and we really enjoyed our time there.

This is a big spacious and clean apartment with a great view. The location is great right in the center of town overlooking the marina. Easy walking distance to many nice places. There are 3 bathrooms, one downstairs and one for each of the upstairs rooms. Felt luxurious. Supermarket right downstairs. I would recommend it if you want to stay in the center of town. We enjoyed walking at different times of day, especially in the evening. And it's nice that you can take several short walks, because it is so central. We found free parking a couple of blocks away (Rue do Peru), but it was quite full sometimes. The host was very kind to help us store our baggage in a secure place on the day of arrival and departure - since our flight home was in the evening. We actually stayed 6 nights in the north first, in Ribeira Grande, Cabo da Vila (fantastic place), and then 4 nights here. This was a nice place to end our stay, but we could have done with less time in this main town and more time in a smaller town closer to nature, like Riberia Grande. If you don't have much time, I recommend a place closer to nature where you can park right by the house. But if you want to stay in town, this is definitely a great place.

Manager allowed us entry as soon as unit was ready. I would recommend booking an extra night if you have an early plane arrival so you can enter the apartment immediately and have a nap.

Everyone was fantastic. We arrived early and we were able to check in earlier than expected. The host Beatriz, and everyone at the front desk to security were amazing and gracious. Amenities were right downstairs and we didn't have to go far for anything we needed. Location and Amenities, size of Condo.
