Well located hotel. It has its own parking ground, 24h, 5 euros. Breakfast was Azores standard, nothing special, but good. Rooms are specious and clean, Beds are excellent. Good place to stay.

Good location, with the option to choose a room with a guaranteed view (for an additional fee). Cheap internal parking behind a gate (other hotels in the area have more expensive parking because street parking is not free). Typical conditions, meaning not bad, but not the best either, similar to those of an average three-star hotel on the mainland. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The air conditioning unit in the room is exceptionally good, although I tested the heating, not the cooling. On the fast setting, it heated the room very quickly, and on the slowest setting, it was completely silent, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Breakfast starts early enough at 7 AM, and evening dinner is available until 10 PM, which is good news for those exploring the island.

Very nice hotel , with a lovely swimming pool . The staff were friendly, but elusive, in a nice way . The location was ok , 5 mins walk into the old town . It was expensive at €150 a night compared to othe islands I’ve stayed on, but Ponta Delgada is popular , supply & demand .

Very nice little hotel on the side of the city, close to the airport and harbour and centre of the city. Restaurants very close to the hotel and within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. We got coffee refiled and drinking water every day. The room had a small fridge and we could store cold drinks in it. Swimming pool looked nice, but it was just too cold for a swim, this time of the year This is a real gem!

This hotel is in a great location and only 10 minutes from the airport. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

A short drive from the airport, perfect to catch an early flight and on a walking distance from Ponta Delgada city centre and restaurants.

Good size room, bathroom was rather dated / tired. Did use the hotel pool or breakfast so cannot comment. Parking outside the hotel was reasonably priced (as we were out and about most of the time we only have to pay for a couple of hours each day).
