Everything was fine ! Clean hotel with very friendly staff. We had to leave early, Nélia prepared us a small breakfast left in our room in the evening. Also, booked a taxi for the morning (no airport bus in low season). Will definitely stay again if i need to spend a night or two in Ponta Delgada.

Very good price for a commodity right in the centre of Ponta Delgada. Simple but clean. Owner was extremely nice and helpful.

It is probably the best option if you want to spend a night or two in the center of Ponta Delgada. It is perfectly clean, the owner is extremely nice, the price is better than good. It is basic, but comfortable. Highly recomended!

Everything! The hotel is very central, just a 5-minute walk to Portas da cidade and is located in a very quiet street. Breakfast is simple but very fresh and nutritious offering a choice of local products with amazing bread and cheeses. The coffee was also great. My room had everything I needed and was impeccably clean and crispy white. The internet connection was stable and strong. I would like to give a special thank you to the amazing hosts and staff workers, Nélia and Marisa, for a homely attitude and hospitality, for their kindness and care. This place will stay in my heart.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Insular. It is ideally located in the old town, a short walk down to the harbour and is close to lots of restaurants, bars and a coin laundry. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was very good. It is a short drive to the airport. Our hosts kindly left a basket of breakfast goodies in our room as we had an early flight the next morning. In all a very enjoyable stay - we thoroughly recommend this property.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel very clean. Great location- within easy walking distance to many attractions and close to the airport. Good selection at breakfast. Great value for the money.
