We liked everything. Our 'rrom with a view' of the river and boats, the decor, our lovely comfy bed, the staff were genuinely warm and helpful - one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in.

Stayed 3 nights in a room with a terrace at this charming boutique hotel overlooking the river. The staff in general are very welcoming, professional and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom small but modern and perfectly adequate. Tye bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast consisted of fresh orange juice, fruit salad and yoghurt, bread rolls and cheese, pain et confiture, tea or coffee. Only a short walk (5 minutes) to centre if the town. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent - fabulous seafood as well as perfectly cooked and flavorsome steak. Service was a bit slow but the quality of the food made the wait worthwhile. Highly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere.

Excellent restaurant. Great breakfast. Good location overlooking riverfront and easy walking distance to town centre. Bathroom and WC were separated within bedroom en suite. Good sized bedroom. Lift. Tranquil. Helpful staff.

The hotel was indeed charming with a traditional decor suitable to the location. The restaurant was very convenient with a good menu with local cuisine. Our meals ranged from good to excellent. The location was picturesque, yet very close to the centre of town.
