It’s right on the beach. Pool is everywhere in the hotel. I experienced the best customer service ever. The most helpful and friendly staff made me smile all through my stay. I just can’t wait to go back. TOA, is simply the best.

Fabulous small hotel with 80 or so bedrooms. Rooms very well appointed as the hotel is very new (built in 2023). Staff incredibly helpful and polite especially the bar staff with Prince getting a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always greeted with a smile. Food was great with a varied choice every day. We had a fantastic holiday and thoroughly recommend this hotel. Beach nice and sea was incredibly warm when we were there although a lot of seaweed around.

This is an amazing place. Not only the facilities ( highly recommend a delux room) but the service and attitude of staff is so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Ester, GM Mr Eric for the hospitality and for going beyond our expectations. Thank you also to Ismail and Moana who arranged fun program ( watergym, swahililessons, villagetour etc). I recommend this place warmly and will surely visit again.

All of the staff were exceptional, especially Esther for upgrading us for our parents big anniversary, Cecelia on reception for helping us with any questions we had, all of the dining room staff and management as we as head of housekeeping who would check we were happy and if we had any problems they could help with throughout our stay.

Lovely hotel with exceptional hospitality and wonderful staff who provided exemplary service in all aspects of our stay. The food was great, and the evening entertainment was also nice and varied. We enjoyed the beach barbecue and the roof top and pool bars were fun to use. The spa had a good range of treatments on offer too. The gardens are beautifully maintained and make for lovely surroundings. We were also able to arrange excursions with ease via the booking company based at the hotel - we enjoyed snorkelling, scuba diving , a visit to a spice farm and Stonetown.

It is challenging to find an accommodation that can meet both kids' and adults' expectations and TOA Hotel was able to meet our needs and expectations. Their food, from breakfast to dinner, was scrumptious. They also have different entertainments, including dinner by the beach. Their staff is amazing, from the cleaners to management. Very friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
