Amazing location,the room was very spacious and had a view of the Bay of Bengal. The variety and generosity of breakfast was exceptional and the staff were most attentive. Loved the Yin/Yang salad and the vegan soup, with roasted walnuts was delicious; alleaten under the night sky and with sound of the wild sea !🌹🎶.

We booked this last minute as our original hotel in Pondicherry didn't meet our expectations. While the Promenade cost a little more, the difference in quality was astounding. A seafront position, the hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing and so attentive. Breakfast provided plenty of choice and the food was delicious.

The food is good, it is situated at a good location close to the beach, the staff were really friendly and they generously offered us a free upgrade to a suite room. There was also a gift shop selling chocolates, paintings, crafts, leather goods and clothes.

there was an issue with the room we got first but when I made the hotel aware of it they shifted us to a different room and upgraded us too. the food in the restaurants were excellent and it was fine dining and the location was perfect on the beach.
