Really hospitable staff. Location excellent - close to Pompeii and train station, and had secure parking; we went in afternoon and following morning as Pompeii is HUGE and exhausting (but so worth it) Dinner was delicious, alfresco, 3 courses and bottle of wine was €70. Slept really well, trains stop in the evening. Thank you!

Where do I start Guesepi and Lorena that run Villa francs are just an amazing couple So welcoming and they make your stay a wonderful experience , clean spacious and very close to the ruins , make sure you book dinner as the food is exceptional The best experience ever

The dinner was fantastic, definitely memorable. Outdoor pool, AC, the room was of good size and had useful furniture, flexible check-in The location is very good - just 10 min uphill walk from the train station, works well even with heavy luggage. Very close to the Pompeii ruins.

Customer service fantastic, the owners are so friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Location good, very near to Pompeii ruins and with good public transport links.

Our room was functional and comfortable, with a 10 minute walk to the main entrance to the ruins. We wanted to spend the whole day in the site, so staying two nights worked out perfectly. The home-cooked food was AMAZING.

The family run hotel is only 10 minutes by foot away from the entrance to the Pompeji excavations. Great visit there! The rooms have a good size, everything is very clean, the owners are there for you, serve breakfast and a very nice homecooked dinner, which we all enjoyed a lot! The Circumvesuviana-train is running right in front of the hotel, but not at night, so no factor. We would strongly recommend the hotel to visit Popmpeji!

This is a charming villa, about 10-15 min walk from Pompei Savi Villa Dei Misteri train station. Hospitality and the authentic Neopolitan evening meal made our stay very special. large bedroom and bathroom. excellent air con. Would definately stay again.
